Dashboard v1.25.15

New

• Home introduces Allowance with a one-time popover on the Allowance row when you haven't set one up, with "Set up allowance", "Not now" and "Learn more" options.
• The Allowance setup form explains in one line what an allowance is and how it differs from a session.

Fixed

• Logging in from Safari on iPhone no longer stops at "Something went wrong: importing a module script failed"; the page now re-downloads the file that failed and reloads.
